منظمة باجيان الروم ودورها في مجتمع آسيا الصغرى خلال القرنين 7-8 للهجرة/ 13-14 للميلاد

باجيان الروم (Baciyan–I Rum)، أو ما يُعرف بأخوات الروم، هي  منظمة من النساء التركيات، تُعد إحدى الفئات الاجتماعية الأربعة التي شكّلت المجتمع التركي الذي هاجر من آسيا الوسطى إلى آسيا الصغرى هربًا من ويلات الغزو المغولي للشرق الإسلامي، ظهرت هذه المنظمة كواحدة من أهم الأحداث الحضارية وأكثرها إثارة للاهتمام في عصر سلاجقة الروم (470هـ- 708هـ/ 1077– 1308م)، لما قدمته من دور مهم وفعال في تلبية احتياجات المجتمع من خلال مشاركة أعضائهن في مجالات متعددة ساهمت في تطور مجتمع آسيا الصغرى، وذلك من خلال هيكل مؤسسي مُنظم ساهم في الاستجابة لمتطلبات المجتمع، وإيجاد نوع من التضامن بين النساء اللاتي لعبن دورًا مهمًا في تتريك المنطقة، ونشر الإسلام بها.
وتُعد منظمة باجيان الروم مثال دقيق للمنظمات التطوعية (الخدمية)، حيث تُعد امتدادًا طبيعيًا لتاريخ المرأة التركية الممتد جذوره من آسيا الوسطى وصولًا إلى استقرارها في آسيا الصغرى، وذلك للمكانة المتميزة التي نالتها المرأة التركية في مجتمعاتها منذ أقدم العصو؛ بفضل مساهماتها الواضحة في كافة أنشطة المجتمع ومجالاته؛ من أجل النهوض به في كل جوانبه، فانعكس هذا في إضفاء الطابع المؤسسي على دورها النشط من خلال منظمة باجيان الروم، والتي تهدف إلى النهوض بالمجتمع في كل جوانبه، وذلك من خلال منظور اقتصادي يتحلى بالأخلاق المهنية؛ لكي يساهم في وحدة المجتمع وتطوره.
لقد ساهمت باجيان الروم بشكلٍ كبيرٍ في التنمية الاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية لدولة سلاجقة الروم، وساهمت في تطور الثقافة والحضارة التركية، وتثبيت أركان الأتراك ونشر الإسلام في منطقة آسيا الصغرى، فضلًا عن تفعيل دور المرأة داخل مجتمعاتها حتى عُدّت هذه المنظمة رائدة العمل النسائي في التاريخ التركي، لذا تدين جمعيات الرعاية الاجتماعية النسائية، وجهود توظيف المرأة، وأنشطة تعزيز مكانتها - في الوقت الحاضر- إلى فكر ووعي منظمة باجيان الروم.

Baciyan-I Rum, or what is known as the Rum sisters, is an organization of Turkish women, which is one of the four social groups that formed the Turkish society that migrated from Central Asia to Asia Minor to escape the scourge of the Mongol invasion of the Islamic East. This organization emerged as one One of the most important and interesting cultural events in the era of the Seljuks of Rum (470 AH - 708 AH / 1077 - 1308 AD), due to its important and effective role in meeting the needs of society through the participation of its members in various fields that contributed to the development of the society of Asia Minor, through an institutional structure Organized, contributed to responding to the needs of society, and creating a kind of solidarity among women who played an important role in the Turkification and spread of Islam in the region.
Baciyan-I Rum organization is an accurate example of voluntary (service) organizations, as it is considered a natural extension of the history of Turkish women whose roots extend from Central Asia to their settlement in Asia Minor, due to the privileged position that Turkish women have acquired in their societies since ancient times. Thanks to its clear contributions to all activities and fields of society; In order to advance it in all its aspects, this was reflected in the institutionalization of its active role through the Baciyan-I Rum organization, which aims to advance society in all its aspects, through an economic perspective endowed with professional ethics. In order to contribute the unity and development of society.
Therefore, Baciyan-I Rum contributed greatly to the social, cultural and economic development of the Seljuk state of Rum, and contributed to the development of Turkish culture and civilization, establishing the foundations of the Turks and spreading Islam in the Asia Minor region, as well as activating the role of women within their societies until this organization was considered the pioneer of women's work in Turkish history. Therefore, women's social welfare associations, women's employment efforts, and activities to enhance their position, owe at the present time to the thought and awareness of the Baciyan-I Rum organization.
